- Spamming or solicitation outside the BEATASK platform
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind
- Posting or sharing illegal or offensive content
- Attempting to bypass BEATASK’s escrow system or payment policies
- Sharing personal or financial information with malicious intent
- Threats, intimidation, or violence
- False reviews or feedback manipulation
2. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver services as described in quotes or listings
- Communicate professionally and respond in a timely manner
- Respect customer property and privacy during in-person jobs
- Maintain honest pricing and avoid bait-and-switch practices
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate service requests
- Pay for services on time through the BEATASK platform
- Respect the time and effort of service providers
- Avoid last-minute cancellations or no-shows without proper notice
4. Account Suspension or Termination
BEATASK reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy. This includes repeat offenses, severe misconduct, or behavior that threatens the integrity of our platform.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe another user has violated this policy, please contact us immediately at contact@beatask.com. Our team will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action.
