Agreement between Service Providers, Users and BEATASK, LLC
Welcome to BEATASK, LLC. The BEATASK website and app are operated by BEATASK, LLC and offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Overview
BEATASK is an online platform that connects users with local service providers for various services such as home repair, tutoring, wellness, and more. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment — offering a seamless experience for both customers and providers.
2. Privacy
Your use of BEATASK is subject to our Privacy Policy.
3. Electronic Communications
By using BEATASK or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive such communications and agree that they satisfy any legal requirement as if they were in writing.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BEATASK is not liable for any unauthorized use due to your failure to protect your login details.
5. Age Restrictions
BEATASK does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you must use our services with a parent or guardian’s permission.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel services up to 8 hours before the appointment in the app. If a provider no-shows or does not deliver the service, users may open a dispute for investigation. Refunds are issued if providers fail to meet their obligations. If the provider does not respond within 3 business days, payments may be refunded automatically from escrow.
7. Third-Party Links
BEATASK may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or actions of these linked sites.
8. Acceptable Use & IP Rights
You agree not to misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access. All content, logos, and software are the property of BEATASK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Communication Services
All public communication features must be used respectfully. Users must not harass, upload viruses, or violate laws. BEATASK reserves the right to monitor and remove content that violates our policies.
10. Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions, or uploaded materials are non-confidential and grant BEATASK permission to use them freely for platform improvement and operations.
11. Third-Party Accounts
By connecting third-party accounts to BEATASK, you authorize us to access certain data as per your settings with those services.
12. International Use
BEATASK is operated from the U.S. If you use it internationally, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BEATASK for any legal claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
14. Arbitration & Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. No class actions are permitted.
15. Limitation of Liability
BEATASK is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
16. Termination/Access Restriction
BEATASK, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Violation of our User Conduct Policy may also result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
17. Entire Agreement
This agreement supersedes prior agreements between you and BEATASK. Any legal version printed from electronic form is valid in court.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BEATASK indicates your acceptance of such changes.
