BEATASK — Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") governing your use of the BEATASK website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), owned and operated by BEATASK, LLC ("BEATASK," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

1.1. Nature of the Platform

BEATASK connects Users seeking services with Providers offering services. We facilitate discovery, booking, payments, and communication but do not perform services ourselves.

1.2. Marketplace Role

We act as a neutral marketplace, not employer or agent, and do not control how Providers deliver services.

2.1. Relationship

All Providers are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and methods.

2.2. Stripe Screening

Stripe, Inc. and partners perform background and identity verification. BEATASK does not control or guarantee Stripe's screening results.

3.1. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

3.2. Responsibility

You are responsible for your account security and activity.

3.3. Provider Qualifications

Providers must hold necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to offer services legally.

4.1. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by third-party providers like Stripe, and you agree to their terms.

4.2. Escrow & Refunds

Funds may be held in escrow and released upon completion or according to policies. Refunds depend on specific policies.

5.1. Acceptable Use

Use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities
• Sexual services or trafficking
• Unlicensed professional services
• Fraud or misuse

6.1. Platform IP

The platform and branding are owned by BEATASK.

6.2. User Content

Posting content grants BEATASK rights to use it for the platform's operation and promotion.

7.1. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties.

7.2. Limits

We are not liable for indirect damages and our liability is capped.

You agree to defend and hold harmless BEATASK from claims caused by your misuse or breach of these Terms.

9.1. Law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law.

9.2. Arbitration

Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Boulder County, Colorado.

9.3. Opt-out

You can opt-out within 30 days by contacting us.

10.1. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time.

10.2. Modifications

We may update these Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
