Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between BEATASK, LLC ("Company") and the individual or entity who registers as a service provider ("Contractor") on the BEATASK platform.

1. Relationship of the Parties

Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of BEATASK. Contractor shall have no authority to bind the Company in any manner.

2. Scope of Services

Contractor agrees to provide services directly to users through the BEATASK platform. Contractor is solely responsible for determining how services are performed and ensuring their quality.

3. Compensation

Contractor will receive payment for completed services via BEATASK’s payment system. BEATASK may deduct applicable platform fees as disclosed in the pricing model.

4. Taxes

Contractor is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes related to the payments received from BEATASK.

5. Tools and Equipment

Contractor will provide their own tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the services.

6. Confidentiality

Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information obtained through the BEATASK platform or its users.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect as long as the Contractor maintains an active account on BEATASK. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

8. Indemnification

Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BEATASK, LLC against any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their services or conduct on the platform.

9. No Guarantee of Work

BEATASK makes no guarantees regarding job volume, user engagement, or service demand on the platform.

10. Compliance with Laws

Contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in providing services.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between BEATASK, LLC and the Contractor. It supersedes all prior agreements and discussions.
